By subscribing to a paid plan on GatherLogic, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. No Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. When you subscribe to a plan, you are charged for the full billing period in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued for any unused portion of that period.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing page. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all plan features until the period ends
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period
4. Downgrade Scenarios
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan or cancel your subscription and your current group count exceeds the limits of your new plan:
- You will need to remove groups to align with the new plan's limits
- You may choose to upgrade again to maintain access to all groups
- No refund will be issued for the difference between plan tiers
5. Refund Requests
In the unlikely event that you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error or technical issue, you may submit a refund request:
- Contact our support team at billing@gatherlogic.com
- Provide your account details and a detailed explanation of the issue
- Include any relevant transaction information
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges, charges for a canceled subscription, or other billing discrepancies), please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund for the incorrect charges.
7. Payment Processor
All payments are processed through Stripe. In some cases, refund requests may be handled through Stripe's refund process. By subscribing to GatherLogic, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of GatherLogic after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
